    Here is a simple recipe for making peony flower jam:
    材料:
    新鲜芍药花瓣:150g(约6朵)
    糖:200g(1杯)
    柠檬半个
    水:150ML(2/3杯)
    玉米淀粉:2汤匙
    蜂蜜:1汤匙
    Ingredients:
    Fresh peony petals: 150g (about 6 flowers)
    Sugar: 200g (1 cup)
    Half Lemon
    Water: 150ML (2/3 cup)
    Corn starch: 2 tbsp
    Honey: 1 tbsp
    准备花瓣:将芍药花掰开,去掉花梗和其他不需要的部分,只留下花瓣。
    Instructions:
    Prepare the petals: Removing the stems and any unwanted parts, ensuring you have only the petals.
    用水清洗干净花瓣
    Clean the peony petals in water thoroughly
    把花瓣沥干
    Drain the petals
    煮花瓣:把糖倒入锅里,加入1/3杯水炒化
    Boil the petals: In a pot, add suger and 1/3 cup of water and bring it to a boil
    烧开后放入芍药花瓣
    Add the peony petals
    將花瓣煮軟,大約需要5-10分鐘
    Cook until peony petals soften, which should take about 5-10 minutes
    将柠檬汁挤入花瓣中
    Squeeze lemon juice into the petals
    将柠檬切开放入一起煮
    Cut the lemon into pieces and cook together
    把一起煮了一会儿的柠檬夹走
    Take away the lemon that has been cooked together for a while
    煮好的花瓣颜色会变得稍微暗一些
    The petals will darken slightly in color
    我比较喜欢块状花瓣的质感,所以我只是用剪刀把花瓣剪成碎片。
    I prefer a chunky texture so use scissors to cut the petals into pieces

    Or you can transfer the softened petals with the water into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly

    Add corn starch and honey to the remaining 1/3 cup of water and stir well

    After tightening the lid, place the glass jar upside down on the table
    待其冷却后,可以放入冰箱冷藏保存
    Let it cool, then you can store it in the refrigerator
